Digital Thrive acquires KlickrMedia SMS Technology, rebrands as Broadcast.


Austin, TX (October 15, 2021) Digital Thrive, LLC leaders in the Insurtech/Martech space, today announced that they are acquiring Klickr Media, developer of a proprietary SMS and conversational chat technology platform, to become the leading (and only) direct response Insurtech/Martech firm powered by a stack of proprietary technology.


The purchase of KlickrMedia, founded in 2016 and based in Colorado, further increases Digital Thrive's stronghold in the Insurances markets, specifically Medicare, Auto and Life insurances. "The combination of KlickrMedia’s technology with our proprietary call routing, and dynamic lead and call bidding marketplace gives Digital Thrive the unique ability to originate the entire marketing funnel, resulting in the highest intent and quality consumer for our clients. “To be recognized and acquired by such a talented team of skilled marketers is quite the achievement. Digital Thrive will use Klickr Media's existing proprietary Conversational Chat technology and enhance the product offerings by adding outbound dialing efficiencies to coordinate with the conversational chat functions, yielding a higher rate of engagement and a more qualified consumer. "The integration of both companies will take place over the next three months, enabling our clients to continue to receive the same high quality of leads and calls they have grown to expect from Digital Thrivestated Jennifer Mansfield, Co-founder & CEO.


Klickr Media will now operate under the name Broadcast, which will be renamed to better define the product offering for Digital Thrive’s clients, and is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Digital Thrive. "The acquisition is also expectedto result in greaterefficiencies and significantly increase our market share.
