Digital Thrive Ranks 168 on Inc. 5000 List

Updated: Aug 26, 2022

Today Inc. magazine released their Inc. 5000 list, the most prestigious ranking of the nation’s fastest growing private companies. Digital Thrive has appeared on the list for the third year in a row ranked at No. 168.

Out of all 503 companies on the list in marketing and advertising, Digital Thrive is the 14th fastest-growing company in the industry, and the 10th fastest-growing company in the state of Texas. Digital Thrive was also among 135 other proud Austin-native companies featured on this year's list.

A total of 2,905 companies on this year's list were repeat honorees, and another 695 were newly founded companies. In total, the median 3-year growth rate for this year's honorees was 230%, generating a total revenue of $317.5 billion.

“For the third year in a row, our team has worked hard to make sure we met and exceeded goals that allowed us to make the Inc. 500 list,” says Jennifer Mansfield, co-founder and CEO of Digital Thrive. “All three years we have been within the top 500 organizations, starting at 473 in 2020, moving up to 121 in 2021 and now 168 in 2022. I could not be prouder of all the hard work and dedication to success that our team shows, not just for our own internal goals, but they also never lose sight of our clients’ KPIS and the importance of ensuring we always lead with quality and compliance.

When my husband and I started Digital Thrive in 2016, we knew we had the ability to build something special, and our focus on hiring smart, driven, dedicated people has led to our fast-paced growth and to scaling the business while creating value for direct carrier clients. 2022 continues our focus on Insuretech solutions, while we also build a roadmap for additional consumer-facing markets that allow for us to scale with the same focus on high quality, high intent consumer leads and calls.

I’m grateful for our team, and excited for what we continue to build as we have no intentions of slowing down.”

Since its inception, the company has grown to an 18+ person team and provided tailor-made solutions in direct-response, branding, and call-center strategies.

“I'm extremely proud of the team and the growth we've achieved over the last three years,” shares Kevin Van Lenten, Executive Vice President of the firm. “Staying true to our core values as a company has provided the foundation for achievements like this!”

The Inc. 5000 list ranks companies nationally according to overall revenue growth over a three-year period. Additionally, Inc. ranks the fastest-growing companies by industry, metro area, revenue and number of employees, and highlights women-run and minority-run companies.

In order to qualify for the 2022 list, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 19, 2018. They must be U.S.-based, privately held, for-profit and independent (not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies) as of Dec. 31, 2021. The minimum revenue required for 2018 is $100,000; the minimum for 2021 is $2 million.
