This month’s DIG Employee Spotlight features our Chief Financial Officer, Jeni Imperiale!
Jeni has spent the last 15 years working at a Tax Firm, fine-tuning her ability to help clients' better understand the complexities of tax laws, and assisting with vendor negotiations, contracts, establishing P&L's for various operating lines and more. Jeni is that rare combination of a numbers-focused, driven professional who also loves to dig into the operational side of the business. Jeni is currently the CFO for Digital Thrive, responsible for ensuring KPIs and P&Ls are met and exceeded, as well as managing all accounting and finance aspects of our internal initiatives and leads our client-focused accounting team.
Jeni first began assisting the DIG team in 2020 as a financial consultant. Coming from a corporate background, Jeni grew more interested in Digital Thrive and the company’s vast growth opportunities. She was ready to help the team further understand financial impact, identify areas to pivot from, and capitalize on the company’s existing strengths and operations. Having been working closely with Jen for some time, Jeni officially joined and became the Chief Financial Officer in March of 2021. The company’s vision and ambitions for the future made it a no brainer for Jeni to join a rapidly growing startup environment.
Throughout her time at DIG, Jeni has done so much more than just managing the company’s accounting and finances. She has facilitated onboarding, worked closely with HR, managed sales, and assisted with legal. Additionally, Jeni began the DIG Gives initiative. Each month, a different employee is given the opportunity to select a charity they are passionate about, and DIG will make a generous donation on their behalf. As the company continues to grow and become more successful, the DIG team wants to continue prioritizing service and giving back.

When she’s not leading a team or managing internal initiatives, Jeni is spending time with her family and traveling to different cities to cheer on her sons in baseball and her daughter in competitive gymnastics.
