Advertiser Sales Account Manager

​

We are an Austin-based,  performance marketing agency and have been in business since 2012, with a pivotal focus on the Insurance space since 2015.  Our core operations lie in generating leads and calls within the Insurance, Senior and Home Services spaces. We’re currently seeking a full-time Advertiser Account Manager to manage our Advertising Clients, including Call and Lead Generation Clients. Both our call and lead business lines are managed by proprietary tech, built in-house.  The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial minded, type A personality, who has been in performance marketing for 2+ years, and has experience managing high level, strategic Advertiser accounts. We’re looking for someone who is a problem solver and critical thinker.

WEB/Visual Designer 

​

We are an Austin-based,  performance marketing agency and have been in business since 2012, with a pivotal focus on the Insurance space since 2015.  Our core operations lie in generating leads and calls within the Insurance, Senior and Home Services spaces. We’re currently seeking  a talented mid-level web and graphic designer that can take a website project through strategy and visual design. We rely heavily on our custom, proprietary technology to power our business lines, and our owned and operated websites.  As a Graphic Designer, you will work closely with a team of talented developers who enjoy turning out high-quality work and take pride in our mission of helping clients achieve their goals by continually testing and optimizing our sites to ensure the most optimum consumer journey, yielding the best possible KPIs for our clients. 

 

This role requires a blend of skills and responsibilities, including mastery of visual design systems, working knowledge of strategy and UX design, and excellent communication and presentation skills. If you can apply creative problem-solving with design to help us reach our marketing goals in an intuitive way, we want to talk to you!

Our designers and developers wear many hats and are eager to design and develop solutions to a wide range of problems. Applicants should be able to provide examples of previous work.

Daily responsibilities would include:

​

  • Conceptually learn and understand all products owned by Digital Thrive

  • Design and develop creative assets including websites, email creatives, logos, and new brand development initiatives

  • Participate in brand strategy and evaluation activities during discovery.

  • Create visual design concepts in accordance with the established brand identity

  • Establish web strategy by clearly defining challenges, goals, use cases, technical requirements, site architecture, and content hierarchy.

  • Responsible for management of Everflow platform as it relates to the websites

  • Support management by ensuring optimizations are put in place as directed based on key performance indicators and target goals are met. 

 

 

Minimum Requirements:

​

  • Proficiency in creating responsive web pages for various device sizes using the latest in web design and web development-based programs.

  • Front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

  • Experience with WordPress or similar CMS

  • Ability to write in a variety of computer languages, such as HTML5, CSS, Javascript and PHP

  • Good understanding of UX best practices, mobile first/responsive design

  • Solid UI/UX design experience for desktop, tablet, and mobile

  • Proficiency with Adobe CC including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat and Adobe XD

  • Proficiency with Everflow or similar tracking platforms

Strategic Advertising and Client Account Manager: INSURANCES VERTICALS

We're currently seeking a Strategic Advertising and Client Account Manager to join our rapidly growing advertising and partnerships team. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in performance-based or lead generation operations, with the ability to manage inter-company and client communications. You’re a flexible problem-solver, who uses technical knowledge and creative thinking to troubleshoot current issues, prevent future issues, and ensure a smooth day-to-day operation.  You are ambitious, analytical, adaptable, and flexible; it’s important that everyone on the team have a wide range of skills, rather than specializations. You will use your unique skills to assist the team, and grow your own knowledge and opportunities, while also ensuring our clients are managed with the highest level of respect. 

 

As a Strategic Account Manager within our company, you will be responsible for day to day management of accounts on both the client and publisher side of the business.  You will work to manage and handle critical and time sensitive movements within our business lines.  Our success happens in real-time as we watch trends within our marketplace to determine who, what and why things need to happen.  Think of a day trader;  we move with the daily pulse of our business and need someone who can adapt.

Data Scientist (NOW FILLED)

We believe that innovations based on data science will reinforce and extend our leadership in the various insurance verticals and your role will be decisive for Digital Thrive’s success.

What you will do:

Work on a wide range of data science projects: Examples include improving the ranking and composition of our feed, bringing our call routing decision engine to the next level and helping us visualize our data with a tool like tableau

  • Turn your ideas into data products ready for our production systems.

  • Identify how to best leverage our data to improve our platform.

  • Discuss product improvements, technical possibilities and road maps.
