WIth over 20 years' experience in the digital marketing space, Jen oversees Business Development and Strategic Growth initiatives for Digital Thrive. As the head of all business development and marketing strategies, Jen is personally involved in the strategic planning for each client and their respective campaigns. Paul Mansfield
Co-founder, CTO
Paul is an 18 year seasoned IT Leader with a core focus on technology and business experience, leadership and mentoring capability, and understanding of how to bring innovation to product and platform design. Paul oversees the development of our proprietary MarTech Platform which manages all marketing, statistics and call and lead tracking and database management for Digital Thrive.

Kevin brings over 20 years of digital sales, business development and operational leadership to the Digital Thrive team. He is currently establishing performance-driven sales models and distribution within the organization, as well as overseeing Call Center Operations and Performance Marketing Strategies. Kevin brings his extensive branding and performance marketing experience to ensure optimal performance and success metrics for our call-based campaigns.

Kameron is a 12 year digital marketing veteran, with a keen understanding of every facet involved in delivering profitable performance driven marketing campaigns. He oversees our proprietary platform which enables dynamic and flat rate bidding models as well as managing the performance optimizations of our portfolio of sites. Kam is the rare combination of a tech savvy marketing/sales driven professional who ensures the success of new projects initiatives.

Dave is a seasoned design and marketing veteran with nearly 20 years of experience. He's been involved with several startups in the digital marketing and performance space with a focus on brand building and optimization. Whether it's direct mail, digital design, campaign optimization, UI development, he's seen it all. He currently oversees our suite of website brands, managing the performance goals and optimizations to ensure success across internal media buys and external publishing partner programs.
