Additionally, Jen drives the company's growth efforts, and is hands-on with the strategic planning and implementation of new growth initiatives.

Kevin excels as a team leader, with a proven ability to motivate team members and build high performing sales, marketing and services teams. Kevin currently oversees performance-driven sales models within the organization, as well as manages Call Center Operations. Scott currently assists Digital Thrive's rapidly growing insurance business lines, helping with client procurement, marketing and growth strategies. 

Jeni has spent the last 15 years working at a Tax Firm,  fine-tuning her ability to help clients' better understand the complexities of tax laws, and assisting with vendor negotiations, contracts, establishing P&L's for various operating lines and more. Jeni is that rare combination of a numbers-focused, driven professional who also loves to dig into the operational side of the business. Jeni is currently the CFO for Digital Thrive, responsible for ensuring KPIs and P&Ls are met and exceeded, as well as managing all accounting and finance aspects of our internal initiatives and leads our client-focused accounting team.
