With over 20 years' experience in the digital marketing space, Jen oversees Business Development and Strategic Growth initiatives for Digital Thrive. As the head of all business development and marketing strategies, Jen is personally involved in the strategic planning for each client and their respective campaigns. Additionally, Jen drives the company's growth efforts, and is hands-on with the strategic planning and implementation of new growth initiatives.
Paul is an 18 year seasoned IT Leader with a core focus on technology and business experience, leadership and mentoring capability, and understanding of how to bring innovation to product and platform design. Paul oversees the development of our proprietary MarTech Platform which manages all marketing, statistics and call and lead tracking, database management and strategic advantages for Digital Thrive. He excels at meeting the needs of our internal teams, and our clients, to ensure we're meeting and exceeding clients' KPI goals with the power of our proprietary tech.
Kevin brings over 20 years of digital sales, business development and operational leadership to the Digital Thrive team. He has a strong track record of success building high growth businesses from very early stage, pre revenue start-ups to profitable mid size companies with revenues of $50M+. Kevin excels as a team leader, with a proven ability to motivate team members and build high performing sales, marketing and services teams. Kevin currently oversees performance-driven sales models within the organization, as well as manages Call Center Operations. Kevin brings his extensive branding and performance marketing experience to ensure optimal performance and success metrics for our clients.
Jeni has spent the last 15 years working at a Tax Firm, fine-tuning her ability to help clients' better understand the complexities of tax laws, and assisting with vendor negotiations, contracts, establishing P&L's for various operating lines and more. Jeni is that rare combination of a numbers-focused, driven professional who also loves to dig into the operational side of the business. Jeni is currently the CFO for Digital Thrive, responsible for ensuring KPIs and P&Ls are met and exceeded, as well as managing all accounting and finance aspects of our internal initiatives and leads our client-focused accounting team.
Nick joins Digital Thrive after the acquisition of Klickr Media, which he founded in 2016. Specializing in conversational chat and direct text messaging as well as outbound dialing, Klickr's technology platform, rebranded as Broadcast, powers Digital Thrive's internal conversational chat and dialing functionalities. With the enhanced support of the Digital Thrive team, Broadcast now enables a more robust messaging solution, yielding a higher rate of engagement and a more qualified consumer for our customers. Nick oversees the operational development and strategic partnerships for the Broadcast technology platform.
Won is an accomplished Software Engineer specializing in Java application development with experience in the full software life cycle including requirements analysis, customer interfacing, prototyping, proof of concept, design, implementation, testing, maintenance, and documentation. Won currently helps support our proprietary technology functionality, and ensures we're continuing to enhance our product offerings, allowing our teams to continue to beat client's' goals.
Nicole is a COO who’s spent 5 years working with startup teams to find balance in their culture and communication, as well as enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the day to day via process and procedure. Nicole knows that good company culture is the key component in building a successful business. She facilitates L10 EOS training, Scrum methodology/project management, and has a background in compliance. Currently, Nicole works closely with the DIG team on all things operations, strategic planning, tactical execution, and communications. From time to time she still dabbles in copyediting, where she got her start in the marketing world over 10 years ago. Nicole holds a B.A. in English Literature from The University of Redlands. She lives in the mountains of Southern California with her husband and three dogs, and when she’s not working with her friends at Digital Thrive, she enjoys writing, kayaking, and gardening.
Michelle oversees the QC department for Digital Thrive's call center clients. She ensures our call center agents are operating at the optimal performance levels, the accuracy of our programs and delivers regular reports of campaign results. Michelle is highly detail-oriented, and brings over 10 years' experience to digital marketing, and ensures our clients are receiving accurate, up to date reporting results regularly.
Zach joined Digital Thrive after spending the last few years in an Account Management role in the B2B space where he quickly learned the ropes of digital marketing. Zach currently oversees the management of clients’ internal requests including integrations, program setup and optimizations, and is responsible for the growth and success of our strategic accounts. Zach brings a strong drive to succeed alongside a high attention to detail that he has developed over his short career that includes data visualization, intent experience, strong people skills, and a willingness to succeed no matter the task at hand.
Glen has 20+ years of experience in the Insurance industry across multiple lines of business working with some of the largest health plans and insurers in the US. Glen and his team are responsible for continuing to grow our insurance business through new client acquisition and continuing to grow our existing client basis. In addition to growth, Glen is responsible for client success and account management as well as leading our growing team of seasoned Business Development executives. Glen has an extensive background in business and product development, as well as a technology and organizational leadership.
Mike joins Digital Thrive after the acquisition of Klickr Media, where he was the lead developer for the last 4 years. Mike is the rare combination of an entrepreneurial, business development enabled technology architect who works directly with Digital Thrive's founders. Mike currently oversees the development and support of the Broadcast platform, supporting Digital Thrive's internal call and chat messaging operations.
Mike joins Digital Thrive as the newest member of and Product Manager for DIG's Owned and Operated lead generation sites team. With a decade of experience in a multitude of in-house and consulting roles for organizations ranging from B2B & consumer lead generation startups through national mortgage lenders, he brings a refined skillset to aid in the inception and execution behind growing DIG's best in class digital lead generation products and realizing their organizational vision. Mike has a passion for project management, interdepartmental collaboration, and product analysis that he leverages to drive DIG's teams towards short and long-term strategic goals while crafting a superb customer and client experience.
Sarah joins Digital Thrive as the newest addition to the data analytics team. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Economics and continued her foray into the world of data and technology. Sarah has experience as a data analyst, monitoring and predicting issues for preemptive troubleshooting. She is passionate about reporting and leveraging data to support a client focused team, providing effective communication to help drive business strategies.
Umar joins Digital Thrive with more than ten years of experience in internet marketing. He has managed internal owned and operated sites, lead generations campaigns, direct response marketing campaigns, linkout campaigns and call campaigns. Umar works with the sales team to setup and successfully launch advertiser campaigns with a core focus on the Call Technology Operations, ensuring that campaigns are optimized for maximum results for our clients.
Orangel Linares is a Software Engineer with over 10 years of experience in both software development and data analysis for Banking, IT Data Services and Customer Services companies in the United States and Latin America.He grew up in Venezuela where he obtained a Bachelors Degree in Systems Engineering from UNEXPO and a Specialization in Software Development with IBM's ACE program, he moved to Costa Rica where he is currently located.In our company, Orangel's role is that of Software Developer working closely with our CPO to help the Sales team obtain new analysis tools and provide information to improve the effectiveness of our campaigns.
